Lasers and Lights Shipping Options Shipping & Returns- Most products will ship within 5 - 10 business days. If we have the products in our warehouse your product will ship within 24 hours. You may email shop@lasersandlights.com to confirm availability or call 530-265-8618 If your part is shipping from a factory warehouse some manufacturers will not ship directly to customers so we must first receive the shipment from the factory and then forward it to you, which may take as much as 3 weeks or more. As soon as you place your order you will get confirmation by email and within 48 hours you will receive updates regarding tracking or shipping timing.
- When calculating shipping timing remember that weekends and holidays are not delivery days for expedited shipping timing. Saturday and overnight deliveries may be available but you must contact our offices to confirm these special orders.
- Signature requirement for your delivery is available upon request. If you request signature required upon delivery in the COMENTS BOX during check-out an additional $3 fee will be added to your order. Otherwise, the package will be left at your door, or as close as possible
- Free Shipping is only available on certain products and within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping and handling charges are calculated LIVE and are not refundable.
- Returns must be handled within 30 days for credit to apply.
- Non stocking parts may not be returnable or 50% or more restocking fees may apply.
- To make any return you must email your request and have an authorization to return items if you want a refund.
- A refund will be issued within 72 hours as soon as we receive and process your authorized return.
- A minimum 25% Re-Stocking Fee will be deducted from refund for all returned items ordered incorrectly.
- Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
- All backordered items ship out via the shipping method paid for at the time of order. Items ordered with expedited shipping may not be immediately available and no refunds or discounts will be available unless requested and authorized before the item ships to the customer.
- As Soon as your order payment is processed a 10% cancellation fee will be charged as we have already paid these irreversible fees.
- Once Electronic Parts Like Control Boards and switches are shipped, they cannot be returned.
- Canadian and International customers may be charged for customs fees on thier orders which are fully the responsibility of the customer.
