Free Shipping is only available on certain products and within the contiguous United States.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated LIVE and are not refundable.
Returns must be handled within 30 days for credit to apply.
To make any return you must email your request and have an authorization to return items if you want a refund.
Non stocking items may not be returnable or 50% or more restocking fees may apply.

A minimum 25% Re-Stocking Fee will be deducted from refund for all returned items ordered incorrectly.

All backordered items ship out via the shipping method paid for at the time of order. Items ordered with expedited shipping may not be immediately available and no refunds or discounts will be available unless requested and authorized before the item ships to the customer.
