The BlissLights LS projectors create an explosion of thousands of moving pin points of light. The technology incorporates laser and optical elements to create a breathtaking effect much like a universe of starts. This weatherproof model uses the same moving Green laser beams and optics as the Bliss 15, without the blue LED cloud effect. The Bliss Light LS projectors are specifically developed with a weather proof enclosure for permanent outdoor installations. A simple low voltage "Malibu" type transformer can power one or many Bliss Lights in a series around a yard or building. Due to their ability to withstand the weather these units are particularly well suited for use at outdoor festivals like Burning Man. For those of you planning on running these lights away from an AC power connection you will need a generator or an inverter that delivers a pure Sine Wave, not a quasi sine wave or modified sine wave. These laser beams are completely safe! They are tested carefully and FDA approved guaranteeing that no beams coming out of the box are potentially harmful, after you are more than a few inches from the lens. This uses a Laser Classified - FLPPS Class IIa which requires no variance, licensing or permitting to operate it. Each laser beam is less than 5mw in power (similar to a laser pen). They are used by DJs and homeowners across the nation. Although this laser is rated for safe use and there are no known cases of eye damage from a class II or lower laser, it is not recommended to look into the light at less than 6 inches from the lens.
